A code reader tells you which system complained. It doesn't tell you why. Our diagnostic hour is a technician with factory-level scan tools, a scope, and a wiring diagram, working your car's actual symptom until we can name the failed part and prove it. You get a written finding with photos. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee comes off the bill.

Fair questions
The parts store already read my code for free. Why pay?
That code is where we start, not where we finish. A P0301 misfire can be a $22 plug or a $2,800 injector job. The diagnostic hour exists so you only pay to fix the actual cause, once.
What if you can't find it?
If we can't reproduce or isolate the fault in the first hour, we stop and talk to you before spending more of your money. No mystery invoices.
